Our Estimator will assess your roof and answer any questions you may have. This usually takes less than 30 minutes, and no payment or commitment is required.

Our Estimator will arrive on time, and if there’s any delay, we’ll notify you.

Please be aware that weather conditions may necessitate rescheduling. For safety reasons, our Estimator, who is a salesperson, won’t climb the roof like our OSHA-certified, bonded, and insured installation team. 

We use alternative methods such as aerial measurements to ensure accurate labor and material estimates.

You will receive a detailed estimate within a few business days after the site visit.  During times of peak demand it may be up to a week. 

Your estimate is valid for 30 days. This isn’t a sales pressure tactic, but a necessity due to the unpredictable market fluctuations. If a contract isn’t signed or a deposit isn’t made within this period, we’ll need to reassess the pricing. As we order materials per job and don’t stockpile, this ensures accurate cost estimation.

Of course! Your estimate will display CSL #103061 (Contractor Supervisor License), and HIC #83698 (Home Improvement Contractor registration), which you can verify with the state.  We carry both Worker’s Compensation and General Liability insurance. Your town will require us to provide proof of current insurance and licensure to obtain a building permit.

Landmark PRO shingles are constructed in exactly the same way as Landmark shingles, but with thicker layers of asphalt that give it a more textured, aesthetically pleasing look. 

Landmark PRO shingles weigh in at a heavier 270 pounds per 100 square feet, providing an additional level of durability to your roof and boast a larger variety of colors and stronger warranties. 

In recent years, the building materials industry has indeed experienced a surge in demand. This, coupled with supply chain disruptions, has occasionally led to backorders and delays. However, we’ve successfully managed to secure the necessary materials. Please note that specialty materials like synthetic slate or metal shingles may have extended lead times. Plywood is generally available, but be aware that its prices can be volatile due to market fluctuations.

Please contact the office and let us know what you’re choosing from the options outlined in your estimate. We’ll then ask you to sign a contract and pay a deposit to officially get on the books and into our queue.  We can do everything electronically with e-sign and e-invoice!   

Ask us about our current estimated lead times. Scheduling will depend on the type of roofing you're choosing (we have different specialized crews for different types of roofing), the current demand/waitlist, and of course, the weather.  Roofing is hazardous work, and the safety of our crew is a priority; we cannot work in rain/snow, wind, or temperature extremes. We cannot guarantee specific installation dates. Long periods of inclement weather cause delays for everyone.   

Because we are a small, family-owned company, we unfortunately do not have the resources to implement or manage a financing option for our customers. 

While we primarily focus on roofing, we do accommodate requests for Standing Seam Siding installations. However, please note that we do not offer other types of residential siding services.

We can install Authentic Slate using a labor-efficient method from our Vermont-based manufacturer. However, we only repair slate roofs we’ve installed within our warranty period. This is because slate roofing systems often require more than just shingle repairs. Sometimes, preserving the historic slate look requires starting from the sheathing.
