You will typically receive a detailed estimate within a few business days of the site visit.
During periods of high demand, it may take up to one week.
Estimates are valid for 30 days.
If more than 30 days have passed, pricing will likely need to be reassessed due to potential material cost fluctuations.

Installation timelines depend on the roofing type, current demand, and weather conditions. Each type of roof requires a specialized crew, and safety is always our top priority—we can’t work during rain, snow, high winds, or extreme temperatures. Ask us about current lead times, but note that specific dates can’t be guaranteed, especially during periods of prolonged inclement weather.
We specialize in Asphalt Shingles (CertainTeed Landmark and Landmark PRO) and Standing Seam Metal Roofing using Englert Coils. We also install Authentic Slate, Synthetic Slate/Shakes, Exposed Fastener Metal, Flat/Low Slope systems, and more.
Landmark PRO shingles are an upgraded version of Regular Landmark shingles, featuring thicker asphalt layers for enhanced durability, a more textured appearance, and improved aesthetics. They are heavier (270 pounds per 100 square feet), offer a broader color selection, and include stronger warranties.
We install Authentic Slate using the SlateTec system, which incorporates Vermont Greenstone slate shingles in a specialized, labor-efficient roofing method.
For repairs, we only service slate roofs we’ve installed and that are still under warranty. Repairs on older slate roofs can be complex, as age often necessitates addressing deeper structural issues beyond just replacing shingles. Contact us for a free SlateTec estimate!
Roof-overs create a bumpy surface with architectural shingles and can hide issues like rotted decking or moisture damage.
We remove old shingles to ensure a smooth, durable foundation for your new roof.
Signs like persistent leaks, missing shingles, or visible sagging often mean a roof replacement is necessary.
If the roof is relatively new, a repair may likely suffice.
Most residential roof replacements are completed in 1-3 days, depending on the roof's size, complexity, and weather conditions.
Larger or more intricate projects, like slate or metal roofs, may take longer.
